On Mar. 14, the newly appointed Director of the Korean Cultural Center Los Angelesvisited the King Sejong Institute Foundation (KSIF). In a meeting with Lee Hai-young, president of the KSIF, he talked about the growing fame of Korean popular culture, such as the recent smash hit Squid Game, and the consequent boom in Korean language learning. He also discussed ways to promote the spread of the Korean language and culture in the USA via KSI Center USA in LA. He vowed that the Korean Cultural Center in LA would actively support KSI Center USA.
