KSIF conducts training for Integrity and Ethical Management hosted by the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission
> On June 27, KSIF conducted training for Integrity and Ethical management hosted by the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission together with KSPO & CO., with a total of 200 employees from each organization participating.
> Concert-style programs such as sand art, special lectures, and the Golden Bell were arranged.
Starting at 2 in the afternoon on June 27, the King Sejong Institute Foundation conducted the training for Integrity and Ethical Management at Woori Arts Hall, located in Songpa-gu, jointly with KSPO & CO (Chairman Kim Sa-yeop). As the two organizations were selected for the “2023 Integrity & Ethics Management Training for public service-related organizations in Seoul” hosted by the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission, a joint training was conducted at the Anti-Corruption Training Center, targeting a total of 200 employees from the two organizations.
The main contents of the training included the concept of integrity & ethical management, domestic and international trends, major cases, and action plans. Concert-type programs such as ▲Integrity & Ethical Management Sand Art, ▲ Special Lecture on Integrity, and ▲Integrity & Ethical Management Golden Bell were given by professional lecturers in various ways, combining special lectures and performances, to enhance the understanding and interest of the participants.
The joint training for Integrity & Ethical Management increased the interest of participants with a variety of contents, such as sand art.
Secretary General Bae Jong-min of KSIF said, “Through this training, the employees’ awareness of integrity was raised. Furthermore, it became an opportunity to again pledge to compliance management and ESG management, fair and trustworthy, in the management of the organization.
