I KSIF participates in the 30th Korean Language Institute Council Winter Workshop
On January 10 to 11, 2024, KSIF participated in the 30th Korean Language Institute Council Winter Workshop held at Shilla Stay Haeundae, Busan. During the event, President Lee Hai-young delivered a congratulatory speech, and had a session introducing the new KSI curriculum and content to about 100 participants.

On January 23, the Assistant Provost for International Programs at Auburn University, USA, where KSI Auburn is operated, visited the King Sejong Institute Foundation. On this day, KSIF President Lee Hai-young and Andrew Gillespie discussed the current status of Korean language education in the United States and talked about the continuous development of KSI Auburn, which has been operating for 10 years now.

On January 26, representatives from Osh Kyrgyz National University, which operates KSI Osh 2, Kyrgyzstan, visited the Foundation. On this day, President Lee Hai-young and Attokurov Kurzanbek Sharabidinovic, Chief of the External Relations Department, along with other officials, shared information about Korean language education in Kyrgyzstan. They also discussed the Korean language education plans for KSI Osh 2 and matters requiring support from KSIF.
