KSIF conducts the KSI operational evaluation annually to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of KSI
operations worldwide. This evaluation consists of a document review, on-site inspections, and a final review by
an evaluation committee comprising subject matter experts. Based on the evaluation results, KSIF will provide
ongoing consulting services throughout the year, offering guidance on developing each institute’s strengths and
improvement strategies. Additionally, for KSIs requiring in-depth support, KSIF plans to enhance performance
through mentorship programs, pairing them with high-performing KSIs from the same cultural region. This
initiative aims to improve operational outcomes and strengthen collaboration among KSIs worldwide.

KSIs worldwide.
